Not if I merge it with this one!:D
And Gimp helped out on my M108 recovery. 650 miles, over 90 degrees, and high humidity. It was HOT. Mister murphy left us alone, just a really long day. Did have a head light switch go out, but the M108 had one in it that swapped just fine. Nothing like...
I checked out the truck at haspin. It was very nicely done. Don't know if it's something I want or need, but nice truck. Like he said, he puts a price on it, and if it sells, he will build another, if not, he will keep it.
I forgot to tell the story of Chris sh. sticking the deuce in my driveway. I told him to swing wide with the camper on, because the tailgate and camper will hit on a tight turn. He went too wide and sunk the truck in the grass. Ended up pulling it out with the crane truck, with trailer...
It isn't the big tires or singled rear's that caused Gimpy's truck to flip over. It's just a gimpy truck, falls over for no apparent reason.
I'm home, everything is powerwashed and unpacked. Camper is a disaster, it will have to wait for another day. Didn't take any pics, too busy fixing all...
Pulling out in the next half hour. 7 guys with M35, M108, trailer, camper, pickup, dirt bike, four wheeler, 5 racer mowers, and a buttload of tools. Raining like crazy here, should be dry by the time I get to haspin.
PM sent.
I assume the engine is turning over? New IP, I would check the shut off rod, under the side cover on the IP. Make sure it is moving freely. It is spring loaded againist the cable pull, not connected, so the shutoff can be moving on the outside, and not on the inside.
Unfortunately, this puts gimp in a time crunch. Think he was planning on being at haspin Tuesday.
I'm guessing it is an 8 hour job to fix it and get it back together.
Good thing he found it now, before the gear fell off and the oil pump quit.
Hi tire change guy! Want to mount 14 11-20's for me?
Good luck on your shipping, that is a LONG haul. Why did you buy one so far away? I also bought my truck there in 2005, but I'm 80 miles away, and drove it home.
