Maybe they can't, but I agree with wallew-the product works. I know one guy in Colorado turbo lost it's seals and blew every bit of oil out the stack. Unknowingly he drove the truck 250 miles before realizing there was not a drop in it. He had been running the Pro-long in it for a few months, it...
Oh wow, I didn't know Steve was selling it!! I've seen that truck personally and will say it is in fact a nice truck. You're getting it for darn near what he paid for it originally.
I'd take them all if they weren't so far away. I've done ground ups on stuff worse than that before. Lots of good parts there. People should be shot for scrapping that kind of stuff.
Heck yeah, I've been thinking this same thing for a long time but never get the time during the day to contact them. If someone can set up a group buy I'm in and I know a lot of others would be too....of course depending on the price 8)
Are you talking deep scratches or the light scratches left behind from something rubbing across it lightly? If it's the light scratches, CARC does that.
I lucked out, found this one at our last MV show, guy wanted $40 for it I figured for that price it would be worth it even if it didn't work (looked like brand new). Took it back to camp, threw some batteries in it and worked fine. Our club president is really good with electronics and gave me a...
Like mangus said, youre gonna lose a lot more torque and the engine won't be operating in the "power band" it was designed for. Freeway fuel mileage will be good but in town fuel mileage will hurt. Should the need arise to pass someone speed won't be a problem, but getting up to passing speed will.
I agree, 33s will fit no problem but off road rubbing could occur. I put a 2" add a leaf on one 1009 and it looked great. I'd consider regearing with the larger tire though.
Believe it or not, I have a customer named Sam Adams. I was leary of taking a check from him at first, although I did suggest he pay his bill in beer. He did not find the humor :)
Prerunner, yeah lotsa antennas, even one for the GPS. Anyone got any leads on operators manual for the Trimble...
Have fun getting those windshield hinge pins out. The only way I've ever been able to get them out was by using the pointed bit on an air chisel. With thatthey came right out. Make sure ya have some help, them windshield frames are heavy.
I've bought many items from him, no trouble at all. Sellers like that I have no problem with as i realize they are not a business just selling off some "junk" in their spare time. I do the same but also post in my ads that I'm not going to go through hoops to ship. I live quite a ways from the...
So you guys have noticed it too, things jump up to out of sight prices, then somehow appear again at later dates! Something is up. They need to see their site up like Ebay so we can see who is bidding. A friend confronted them on their ghost bidders but GL won't let you know who the winning...
I know it's not just me, I've talked to others about it and they all seem to think it's GL making up fake bids to raise the prices on stuff, because if you haven't noticed stuff seems to be going for really outrageous prices all of a sudden. Take this auction for exapmple...
Yeah, a ton of them came out of Stockton, McLellan AFB and Sierra Army Depot. I went to look at them but they were all beat to hell and the lots would have like 3 left fronts and 1 right rear. They were all mismatched and unless you found someone with what you needed you were stuck with odd...
