Wow GP getting sloppy, usually every bit of radio stuff gets stripped out.
Power steering on these is a pain, you must follow the TM procedure to get the air out after repairs.

DTC 73 will set when return amperage varies greater then .16 amps from commanded amperage.
ME: The amps sent by the TCM can vary from 0.1 to 1.1 amps. The amps in the return wire are out of spec. You must figure out why.

Honestly I have had reasonable luck just stuffing the wire in the cap by folding the wire core back a bit on the insulation. Goes without saying this does not work with resistor core wires.
Oil capacity should be on the data plate in the cab. It's a lot more than 6.6 liters. Like 10 quarts.
