    Winch

I finally got around to doing a winch bumper for my CUCV. I stole the idea from this article http://www.fourwheeler.com/how-to/body-chassis/1404-building-a-winch-bumper-backyard-mil/ Then a buddy of mine created a cad design. Then he cut the parts out on a plasma table.

    M1010 somebody talk me down

Looks like 3/4 ton axels not 1 ton. But I'm no expert.

    M1010 somebody talk me down

Seems like there's been a lot of hack-a-lackin. If you buy it, make sure you're comfortable with everything he chopped up.

    M1010 somebody talk me down

Looks to be 8 lig wheels but you should def check it out. The axels are the most valuable parts of those trucks.

cucv m1028 starting on its own

Read more about it, then install it and double check your batteries. Low batteries can cause this problem.

    CUCV Wont start

I agree, Charge the batteries and then load test them (must be a full load test). Once you verify if the batteries are good or bad, proceed from there.

M1009 radiator replacement 432098; engine oil cooler lines don't fit

Genessis seems to be out of the aluminum radiators and now is when mine springs a leak. Has anyone else found a $200 alum radiator with lifetime warranty besides Genessis?

    M101A2 Master Cylinder Cap Gasket

Hi There, I recently bought a M101a2 trailer to compliment my M1009 and I have my first question for the trailer forum. The master cylinder seems to be leaking fluid from the cap threads. It has a small o-ring in there I think someone tried to retrofit but it is the wrong size. Does anyone know...

    M1008 6" lift

With my shackle flip (1009) I had to shim the rear diff back DOWN to relieve the vibration.

    M1008 6" lift

A 2'' block combined with a shackle flip is better than a 6'' block! Anything from ORD or BDS will be better than Rough Country. I did a 4'' lift on my 1009 from ORD and everything was/is great, the truck drives and handles awesome on and off road. You can call ORD and speak to one of the...

    Water Pump

I'm not so sure these things need more cooling capacity. I've been crawling all around the mountains around here on HOT days without a hint of a problem.

    Water Pump

Lets talk water pump replacement. Mine seems to be weeping from the weep hole so i'm doing my research before I take on the replacement. I've looked at old posts and the TMs and I couldn't find a step by step in the TM. Can someone point me to it? I'm also hoping someone might chime in with...
