You will have toull the hub off and find out what went wrong. Wheel bearing probally.
I use a 10 bottle jack and a safety jack stand to lift mine.
Once the wheels are off you should change the seals, boot, inspect the brakes, pack the bearings, clean the king pins, check every thing for play...
My strainer looks that same way. I have been running new fuel and a conditioner so far no problems. I also changed all the fuel filters.

That's a tough one, if your renting your not going to have much to stand on. HOA will but your land lord on notice (certain amount of time to fix or fine). I would only park it if you can hide it. Out of sight out mind.

You got the air out for sure now. You should be happy it was an easy fix.
I left the air glad open on the back of my truck. Had to stop at a gas station because I could not further out why my air compressor was not turning off.
