Yikes! They didnt say anything about the bent tie rod? I also would bet other things have been neglected like Packing grease in the bearings ect ect over the years. You should check eveything our as described above but watch your fingers and where you put them. Good Luck.

Unless the few CUCVs that came with an NP205 had the shorter output shafts. Yours had a NP205 from the factory so that must be the case.

Your TH400 does not have the longer Output shaft? I thought all of the TH400 (CUCV) came with the longer output shaft.

Yes that is how a fuse block works. The pictures you provided are pretty blurry so I cant make out any details.

Just to make sure. You have a light switch (which is completely diffrent than the black out switches). Then you have the BLACK OUT switches. The Blackout switches will turn off every light including brake lights, turn signals and I believe the horn switch. 70% of communication is visual so if I...
