Islandguydon is right. You will be needinga 4 inch lift at a minimum. I would add to that a set of zero rate leafs for a total of 5". You will need to get it re-aligned again.

YUP that was the first thing I fixed. Crawl up undernieth and you will see about a 1 inch 1/4 vaccum hose. This will be on the passenger side of the transmission. Replace that one first. Now jump up to the engine compartment and pull off the entire air cleaner. You will see I believe 3 more on...
If you are having problems with Algae then the simple fix is to pour a bottle of standard ATF into your tank. It will kill the Algae. You will by the looks of it need to have your tank flushed. To me the picture in the bottle looks more like rust. But its a small picture and I may be wrong...
