I used Duplicoat on my Thiokol Super Imp snowcat bed rails. On the metal up rights it worked GREAT! On the wood rails it cracked and peeled. As long as it is on prepped metal it should work great.
Replace your king pin bushings and springs with a kit from ORD. I think the kit cost me about $25. Replace or install (since I see you have a lift) your steering stabilizer. Check all the bushings and ball joints. Replace any worn parts. Grease grease grease those zirks. Good luck!
I think he came up with a unique way to hang his plate. He was/is proud of it and we shouldnt bash him for sharing what he did. I personally thinks its a cool and a diffrent way to do it. I commend his workmanship.:beer:
With the Off Road Design 4" lift you can use your stock rear springs which is what I am doing. Plus you get the added bonus of a shackle reversle kit for the rear stock springs. Check them out.
