now i need to know in which direction i have to mount this "spring bearing ring"?? like in the dirction of the large picture ? Thats what i...
i dont really agree with your buddy....you measure the valve lash at closed valve....thats it.
more lash wont help, less lash want help.
if the backpressure its to high (see exhaust brak thread) your valve doesnt really close and get burned.
just my 2 cents.
i don't eat tofu-burger's and my deuce its to loud. if you need hearing protection, its to loud. for a short ride at rel. slow speeds its funny, 8 hrs on the highway are not funny.
next thing i'll add is a muffler. (after fixing my FDC and IP )
mine is missing too..., replaced with a lousy, weak bolt. i measure it out, turn on the lathe and make one . a simpel bolt, a washer and a cotter pin should work.
if you need one, gimme a call.

trial it, drive it. would be very interesting to see how it work and how much it is.
just my two cents......

also a kind of anti theft device... the thief is easily to identify, just look around for someone with broken thumbs or ripped out hands.....
the reason for my thoughts about a 3 point belt or something like that is an accident my girlfriend has 6 weeks ago. someone miss a redlight...
seems to me like a lap belt....better than nothing, ok for offroad, they keep you in place, but in the case of a front impact your don't looking really good.
a sign maker can cut stencils with a simple plotter. the only think he need is a font or data from adobe illustrator, converted in path's.
the price is close to nothing.....
i don't prefer especially MV, i prefer (older) us vehicles generally......
for my opinion there are more reliable, easier to maintain and repair...
and most important:
you got a big grine in your face while youre driving them...
