    The M1101/2 series of trailers have either all incandescent bulbs, all LED, or a mix of both depending on the contract it was built under.

    In my experience, some mechanics are very good, some OK, and some suck, and the quality of the work varies. Once an unit finds out an item (truck, trailer, generator, weapons system, radio, backpack, anything and everything) is getting turned in to DRMO, it usually becomes the parts gold mine...

    I wont hold my breath. And if it DOES happen, it will cost big $$$ to do the conversion. And it wouldn't really be "military" anymore. Updating to whatever year they pick the DOT specs to meet would be tough. 2014? The year it was made? Who knows... Airbags, side impact protection...

    The blackout lights would be useless for signals. Way way way to small to let any decent amount of light to pass.
