That is what I see. The wires going into the top of the tank are for the low fuel shutdown and to turn on the transfer pump. Both are float operated, I think.
I have a copy of the USMC MEP-016B to MEP-016E conversion manual. It shows a new electric pump that goes between the tank and the...
Do they have tank pumps? I think they have a shutoff switch in the tank but no pump.
I have one that was in the middle of a Yanmar conversion when it went DRMO.
I also have a complete MEP-701A for parts.
Best I can tell from looking at other diagrams:
Terminals 7 and 8 connect to gen output (240V)
If you want it to run from 120V instead of 240V, then install jumper at terminals 3 and 4.
You can see some info on p.24 of this document:

This pdf is exactly like the instructions that came with my unit except my copy doesn't have the "Cummins" and "Stamford" info on it.

It was like $65. I haven't used it, yet, but it seems as well made as any.
Nowadays even the expensive name brand stuff is made in China. Quality can vary, though.
Actually mine started out as an M101A1, without surge brakes.
It had the "big five" bolt pattern wheels. It is now more practical for me and tows well behind my little PreRunner. Surge brakes would not be bad but I prefer a simpler setup with less to maintain.
Also, seeing what M101A2s are...
I guess I'm a bubba. I don't have a deuce or a F350. I needed to make the trailer suit my needs. The lower bed makes it easier to load dirt bikes and stuff.
My E had an ASK. It was missing the back end panels. I'm pretty sure the ASK can fit any B or E. You can look at the frames and see the differences in the As and Bs. If you were closer I'd swap frames with you, as mine already has the threaded inserts to hold the ASK panels on...
Right.
I have an early lunette that is flipped. My axle is over the springs and I'm running 15"(soon to be 14" alloy) wheels. I ditched the real landing leg. I have a tilt setup and a hawser hole cut in the bed for winching stuff up. Having the spare up front might get in the way of that...
If it is your first the EUC will take forever.
You can authorize an agent to pick it up for you.
You might find a member nearby that would be willing to help.
See my thread on converting axle and lowering M101.
I lightened and lowered to better pull behind my little Tacoma.
If you move the axle over the springs you may have to delete the shocks or get different shocks. If you do change axles, a 65 or 66 inch face to face width seems to work well...
