Hello! I will get some pictures for you. I was going to machine up some until I found these. The guys at Worthington can search parts nationwide from their other locations across America. If one calls them with a request, they will initiate a search and then have the parts shipped...
I just returned from the local farm equipment parts yard. I went to the core engine row and got one of the complete cast oil filter housings for the spin-on filters off a White 2-155 motor and a set of the adapters to adapt the canister filters like on our trucks to the spin-on filters off a...
We had a filter base leaking problem on a deuce multifuel. The filter bolts were tight, but a leak would still develop. We found that in changing filters, we had switched the canisters and bolts. The one canister bolt was bottoming in the filter base threads, making it seem as tight as it...
I have had the best luck using a pressure bleeder. Connect it to the master cylinder then work down from the master cylinder opening bleeders in consecutive order, ending with the wheels.

I can get some info for you by removing a cap and measuring. I doubt you will readily find a print of any kind. Are you going to put these on an M211, or on an M211 axle in another application? Please email me at massey478@yahoo.com
Thanks Marti
I agree; my M37 is not charging when the gage is in the red also. I had a gage go bad. Replacing it fixed the problem. You need to get a voltmeter on the batteries and see if the volts come up after the truck is started and running at higher RPM than idle. If it does, then suspect the gage. If...
JP magazine is not right in making the broad statement that Rockwells do not have the Rezeppa type joint in them. All of the trucks we have (deuces and 5 tons) with Rockwells have Rezeppas in them. We at times have put these axles through severe torque loading with no Rezeppa failures...
My experience with the two types of trucks says by all means use the M35 Rockwell type of axles. The GMC axles have ball bearings on the pinion shaft where the M35 axles use Timken bearings. The axle shafts in the Rockwell axles are also much tougher. We were comparing the hardness of GMC and...
On the multifuels the little valve body behind the nozzle can be taken apart and checked and cleaned out. This valve body has the fuel lines attached to it. I have done that to several, with good results. There is a little felt pad filter in them and other valve parts that can be cleaned to be...
My experience says run it and do not worry. I have been into lots of old tractor transmissions, etc. that have sat idle for a long time and had worse rust than you describe. They had no problems even when worked in the field. I would wager a good bet that many people own vehicles with worse rust...

I used one of the pumps used to transfer fuel from the right hand tank to the left hand (driver's side) tank on a parts semi tractor. I think any 24 volt electric pump from some supplier like NAPA would work.
Regards Marti
Just for information, my son and I have put our in-tank pumps on a switch. We turn it on to be sure we have fuel available to start the truck, but shut it off after starting. The trucks run fine without it running. We have the injection pumps turned up, and there is no fuel supply problem with...
The truck does not need to be connected to the trailer in any way to release the brakes. If it was sitting with the hand brakes set, two things are possible. The shoes might have stuck to the drums or the cables from the hand levers to the backing plates are not sliding to release. Yes, the...
I have used one of these trucks for over 15 years with no major complaints except lack of horsepower for what I was doing. I had an 11 foot plow on it for winter, a 32 foot flat bed trailer for hauling farm equipment, and used it to haul grain and stone. I put a hoist under the bed. It was not...
To nf6x looking for canister: They are sold an many farm equipment dealers. They look a lot like a propane torch bottle. Our local AGCO dealer has them.

This is the kind of failure indicative of a center torn out of a clutch disc. If it were a tranny problem and the clutch was OK, the clutch would still have stopped motion.

We had a leak around the shaft on the end of the hydraulic drive motor on the hoist drum of our M543A2. I saw someone was asking a while ago about repairing these. We took the motor off the hoist winch worm drive and disassembled the it by taking the tie bolts out of the case. We found there is...
Yes, I disassembled everything I could in the valve I removed from the trans cover and cleaned it. I did replace o-rings from my stock. I should have mentioned that, but I was focusing on the worst part which was the worn rubber poppet seals. They are pushed with so much air pressure against...
I have rebuilt two of them. The rubber seals in them had gotten deformed by the pressure to the point they were leaking. I cleaned out the old rubber seal pads and cut new ones from some conveyor belting I had. The belting has a woven fiber back and a top surface that is a polymer coat of some...

Hello! i have one i took out of a 5T dump fuel tank, but it is not the same as your diagram. It has a float and valve on it, apparently to shut it off if the fuel sloshed too high.
