There aren't any. You will have to custom make adapters to whatever seats you desire. Even the A1P2 Mastercraft seats aren't a bolt in. You also need a very low profile seat to start with unless you are fairly short.
USB to serial adapters are notoriously difficult to make work for some applications expecting a hardware serial port.. Best to use a laptop with a built in serial port.
1) Not if it's an A0 truck with the 3116. Those trucks have a hand throttle. You have one or the other. Never both.
2) Have you done a dryer service? Also these compressors like to eat exhaust valve springs. Rebuild the cylinder head before it ingests half of a valve disc and punches a hole in...
Well he is working on an A1P2 truck and they do make running changes to these things. Probably something Oshkosh added to try to save the CTIS hub seals would be my guess. I know my right front CTIS hub seal was leaking gear oil into the CTIS and judging by the rust and particulate in the PCU -...
I'm assuming 3126b from your avatar picture (grill) and check engine light.
As mentioned the 3126b has tendency toward some oil pump issues. @Lostchain has a 2003 with ~6,500 miles on it. His oil pressure idiot light would come on when idling on hot days. We changed his oil pump and his...
For the moment it's just tucked into the pocket in the cab behind where the bracket was located. I'll probably just use adhesive cable tie mounts. It's a lightweight plastic module. Doesn't really need much.
Rebuild the PCU. It's probably filthy and sticking. Unless the PCU commands the system by sending air to the QRV's it won't dump air. Sounds like it's not closing properly and it's sending air pressure to the QRV's and causing it to dump and then trying to re-inflate and the cycle repeats. The...
National Stock Number (NSN), or National Item Identification Number (NIIN) are the government part numbers that are issued to make the parts available in the system to the military branches and government agencies.
DONT DO THAT! AGM's are capable of pulling a LOT more charging amps. The switch to AGM's was part of the problem the military had with the later 100A trucks. The 100A alternator was really too small for the 6TL wet cell battery bank, and AGM's just make this MUCH worse. The 100A was not designed...
Don't do that. For a lot of reasons - balance, chemistry, etc.
Reduce the truck batteries to two group 31's (wet cell's, not AGM) if you have the 100A alternator to avoid killing it. Use of AGM's or even the quad 6TL's is really overloading that poor little alternator and asking for problems...
He had the leads to the alternator swapped. Not the battery terminals. The alternator sees one side is high and one side is low and shuts down - thus the flashing amber and flashing red LED's. Once the alt drops offline out of the system the gauges read battery voltage.
Naw you need CAT ET to perform the injection pressure tests, etc. The generic scan tools and software generally don't understand the HEUI system and special tests you can run.
3116 is a mechanical injection pump with the lift pump on the back of the head. 3126b and C7 have HEUI injection pumps with the lift pump driven off the back of the HEUI pump so the lines are going to be totally different length, etc. Not sure about fitting sizes but there's also a difference in...
The reference to a "fuel shutoff solenoid" makes me think that was all 3116 stuff. And the 3126/C7 have different fuel systems so may or may not be applicable. Electronic engines don't have shutoff solenoids. They just cut power to the injectors when the computer loses the ignition power signal.
I had the factory hoses copied by a local hose shop. Push-lok fittings work fine also. They are perfectly adequate for the pressures involved. Obviously the hose needs to handle diesel.
