I've never seen a set of combat rims in person. For some reason I doubt they are chamfered (the holes) on the back side. (there would be no reason for the manufacture to waste time on that)
As far as differences between manufacture........ There are none. They are all built the same. The only difference I know of is the turbo. A whistler is a "C" turbo and the other one is a "D" turbo.
M105, Yes it to big for what you want to do. They are a handfull empty on a 3/4ton truck. Fill it full of wood and it will push you right through anyone that pulls out in front of you. Without gladhands on the towing vehicle you will not have brakes on the trailer.
Edit: what you want to look...
GL moves trucks around their lots all the time with forklifts whether they run or not. Its easier for the guy driving the forklift to just move trucks with that rather than get down and start and drive every truck.
Are you an engineer? How many people have to explain it to you that if it...
Look, GET OFF IT. If your going to act this way why dont you take your truck and leave. Go over to m35a3.net and play in their play ground. You are making it very appearent that you are not trying at all to fit in here. You've argued with every person in this thread that has pointed out...
Don't do that. Now he's going to ask what the power pack is.
After reading this and the other thread, it is appearing that the torque rod "may" have been knocked loose by a forklift prior to the gopher hole stomping.
I say may have been, because there have been no comfirmation...
Is this what your talking about ?
Edit: 1 Patriot, in that second pic, like Bob pointed out, You might want to check that bolt mounting boss to see if its been cracked and pulling away from the mount. ( straight above the red circle in pic 2) Can you tell us if it is indeed cracked or is...
Just to help you out in your search, the M820 has the shop box on the back. The M818 is the tractor with the 5th wheel. M818's are a lot cheaper than M820's but of course you would have no box on the back, but one could be added.
Oh, Welcome to SteelSoldiers.
If you were/are even somewhat serious about getting that tank when she decides to sell, I would go tell her that it would look really neat under some authentic camo netting. ( 'cause I know if I had access to a small private plane I'd be out looking for that :-P)

I'm sure there are other SS members in IA that have gone thru the registration process. By what the DMV investigator told you, there should be almost no deuces in IA since the majority of them were built after '68
Also, a little confused by your timeline, you state that you went...
That sweep may work in your favor. Once the other neighbors start finding out they they are now caught up in this because of one complainer, that complainer may get flushed out. And then realize what kind of s**t storm they started. They may not like that kind of heat and decide to stay quiet...
