Google "turn signal flasher for led lights" and there are quite a few flashers made to work with the led's.

I called a Chevy dealer by me and they can get them. He told me the part# is 15641780 for the manual regulator. I found them online at rockauto for $143.00 so thats where I got it from.

Replacing the whole floor is a big job and a pain in the a$$. I did the full floors on a 71 Challenger and I don't think it worth the time unless you are building a show car.

Was a nice day out so I pulled the M1009 out for a wash and to start to put it back together. I got the door glass in the the dash board back together, I did the Doghead starter relay fixed all the dash lights and got the alt's both charging. I just found out the tailgate window regulater is...

It's Aervoe's flat black in a spray can. It figured it couldn't look any worse than it did so I just spray painted it. I'm kind of suprised on how good it came out. I bought another driver door today so I could steal all of the glass and regulater I'll get that done tomorrow.

:ditto: I had a M715 to a M1009 plus I just got a M35a2c. When does it stop.:cookoo: Watch out for rust in the northern trucks. Mine came from Huntsville AL and still had a little rust.

How do you like the small gun? I was thinking it would be nice for doing camo colors.

Alt 1 and alt 2 were not charging so I found the dash was not plugged in. After cleaning all of the contacts I got alt 1 to work but alt2 was still dead so I took it to my alt guy and found it had a bad regulater. Now it's time for the interior clean up. I painted the dash and right door panel...

I use a HVLP gun with Aervoe paints and have had good results. Prep is everything you can be the best painter in the world but you can't hide bad body work.

No I didn't cut any holes.I just reached up to the hole with the piece of 1/4 steel on the back side and bolted it together. Was not easy. Yes I use a hvlp gun and still cover everything with overspray.

I hope to have the Seabee crew cab done for the show. I'll going even if it's not though.

Well I got busy today and painted the rest of the truck. I still have the roof to do. The truck is sold to a friend and he was wondering if the top would look better green or flat black. Anyone have any picks both ways?

WhenI won my M1009 in Huntsville I asked if I could leave it there for 4 weeks till I got my EUC for my 101 trailers and there was no problems. Just had to call them and ask.

Painted the roof inside the tailgate and door jams today. I had to let the air out of the tires so I could get the spray gun up on the roof. Still was a pain not enough room to work.

Seems to be a common problem with a lot of M1009's. I'll be sure to go through mine before it hits the streets.
