your truck has a LDS-427 right? I think the exhaust system off a turbo truck will work can you measure the OD's of the exhaust pipe's in your truck and the turbo outlet elbow.

he's got the ether kit I can see the shot valve on the fire wall. area52 I have the company that makes the kit's contact info if you want a canister of starting fluid.
