I got one out of Fontana 2 weeks ago and it's in great shape. I would suggest getting it previewed prior to bidding if you can as it will really help you not buy a trashed but "pretty" truck..
Location is shown in the -10 TM on page 122 also known as page 003-48
PM info for Dryer Page 598 of the -10 TM also noted as 0112-18 :) You can download the TM's right here at this site and I highly suggest doing so!

Stalling out in cold weather can be fuel gelling.... You can pour hot water over the fuel filter and add some Diesel-kleen 911 to the fuel to help in getting the fuel flowing again
The spring brake override can be used when you use an external air source to charge (release) the brakes (push in on the knob once there is enough air pressure to release the brakes and it will hold the brakes released even when you uncouple the external air source to the "red" gladhand or right...
Make sure you commit to memory the proper proceedure (order) for the start up and shutdown of your new toy as it will save you lots of money in the long run...as not doing it correctly will kill expensive parts in short order.
Hit the TM section and download all of the TM's for the 939 series trucks and start reading the -10 TM first as it will help you out big time!
