If anything, the taller tires increase your fuel mileage as the engine isn't running at fast at the same roadspeeds as it was with the smaller tires. (Bigger tires=bigger circumference=more distance per full revolution of the tire)

Doghead starter relay mod... I'd also start studying the electrical system pretty heavily so you are prepared when it starts to have exceptionally weird electrical issues.

I think the best way to get a paper copy is to take the .pdf on a thumb drive to a Kinkos or something similar and have them print you a copy and 3-hole punch it for a binder.
