Hey when i joined this site i never put much thought into my name. I was shopping for my cucv, so Chevycucv came to mind.

Sorry had too, the 6.2 can start fine even under -20 Fahrenheit. Sounds like something is wrong gps, or cranking speed.

And craigslist holds tons of good 6.2's for 150 and up. I would put an engine as the cheapest drivetrain part on my truck lol

My choice would be nv4500 or to be really special get a zf6, Handshakers are the way to go
I would put in a sm465, manual trans L123
They are cheap, you can rebuild them yourself and it will offer better mpg's.
It has similar gear ratios as the th400 (no overdrive)
Can buy a parts truck and swap all the parts to be easiest, then sell/scrap the leftovers
