Welcome form Killeen, TX! I had my rebuilt for $6000 fully restored, I had the same hard time (I waited 15 years to pull the trigger). The guys I used take 3 months on average to fully restore the M35 of your choice.

Like the rear seat of a Jeep wrangler maybe. The existing companion seat is rather unconformable

I would love to see if there is a good way to replace the whole thing with a bench seat or just as good replace the passenger seat with a small two seat bench. I have seen a few on here and on the google but no description at all.

I agree with that, I did two tours in the sand box. Unfortunately my present location has no such yards, however the HN does have an old M35 rolling around camp I have been dying to actually get inside of. I have a funny feeling she’s so old she might be an old REO.

Yeah Jason left, he was great to deal with. Honestly I think I got a good deal for my truck compared to the bigger companies. This is my first M35A2 and swapping guys mid way while I am out of the country makes me a tad uneasy.

Has anyone added anchor points to the frame for a car seat? I feel like that would be the safest option for this. (Also it gets the wife piece of mind which means I don’t hear about it)
