The mirrors are the pre "West Coast" style mirrors, and not original to a 1988 truck. Thats what threw me off.
Any decent MV parts supplier should know what a NSN is and how to XREF it. A MFG's CAGE Code wont do much to help either.
I'd find another supplier.. There are plenty out there.
Silver Eagle and Schutt both build the trailers, but Schuttt has much better pricing on repair parts and much better customer service..
The tail lights are not M1101/2 specific, they are standard on just about all modern MV's.
The SOU messages are nothing new. In 1999/2000ish every HMMWV Army wide was deadlined due to a batch of bad spindle nuts/washers that got out there... For days, all mechanics did was check the hardware.
Check the electrcial connection on the proportioning valve by the Master Cylinder. Make sure it is clean and tight. That is one input on the brake warning light circut that would cause the light to illuminate.
