Thats what the HEMMT adapter is for. Standard 5ton rims are 10 lug. If you search you'll find several threads (with pics) of exactly what yous asking.
Edit: Kenny types faster than I do.
But..... posting search results like that dont work. IIRC those results will disapear over time.
You don't want to be at the very end of the convoy either. Once the slinky starts you usually end up with someone rearending the vehicle in front of them trying to keep up.
I'm thinking the manager there doesn't know what she's talking about. GL will not get it. If they do by some fluke, it too will get pulled before the auction is over.
The problem with that is there are many people (especially ones new to generator use) that forget to flip that main breaker.
They do make retro-fit breaker lock-outs for existing panels that can be set up so you cannot flip the breaker that the generator is hooked to without switching off...
I know you dont want to hear it, and its probably to late but you really should contact a qualified electrician for this type of stuff.
Do you have the right size wire for the load your going to put on that generator? Do you know what circuits you absolutely need and which ones you dont...

 Good eye G. Bet he would have liked to known that last night. Wonder if thats how it got that way to begin with. Someone got confused and when they got to the point of trying to just snug it up and forgot the winch controls were backwards.
How did you try to unwind it with the come-along? Hooked to the chain and just started pulling? If the clutch is still in (and stuck in because its under tension) the drum will not turn. The clutch has to be out in order for the drum to "free-wheel". Otherwise your just pulling against the...
Thank you chief. My whole rant/loss of respect is simple. Spoon comes across as if....... "failures happen, so what, its not my fault your wife and 7 year old daughter were killed by my neglect"
I'm sorry guys, I can not let that go. High horse or not I dont care. The proper thing to do is...
sigo, I hear you load and clear, especially when it comes to operator headspace ect. I did 7 years in the USAF as Ground Comm, Radio Maint. In those 7 years I never saw any sort of cover for those bases. Other than the plastic cap that you can see in cranetrucks pic above.
Now if someone...
