I see you already edited your post after you seen you were incorrect about there not being 30 spline units. I visit Pirate from time to time and find they aren't much if any more accurate for information. I have never taken a front CUCV Dana 60 apart and was unsure of what they might have used...
Thanks for the replies! Well then, the Dana 60 Limited-slip carrier I was looking at more than likely is for a rear differential as it was a 30 spline unit. GM,(3/4tons prior to 1974), Ford and Dodge all ran some truck models with 30 spline rears years back.

Both of my trucks are licensed at 26,000 gvw and I have had no problems. I removed the second fuel tank from my civilian dump so that it only carries 50 gallon. of fuel now. That next one pound of gvw opens up all kind of doors for law enforcement.
I never had issues of uneven tire wear with my BFG's, old or new style, on any of my GM trucks/SUV's. They would wear even until the tread was gone! My M1008 loves them!
Go to Nevada or to Baja when they are racing there. Sometimes you can get used tires from the support units. I got a couple sets years back from one manufacturer that only had 400 miles or less on them,(The Mint 400 race). They were great tires!

I'll show you a comparison. This truck was on craiglist. It was advertised @ $2500.00 and definitely was a running truck. Makes the one your looking at look like a $400.00 truck.
