There's not a whole lot in there. Have you checked the piece of air line that goes from the side of the hub to the hollow stud? The bearings also have built in seals but I believe those are to keep the grease in more than anything.
The super start extreme batteries from O'reily's are the same way. They either last forever or never make the warranty. Either way you get your moneys worth.
Maybe this stuff works, maybe it don't. When they start claiming 15% power gains I get incredibly skeptical. That is a lot of power gain from an oil additive. As far as the fuel system treatment, there's no doubt that a good fuel system cleaning is beneficial. Personally I'm a fan of FPPF...
I would think you would be having HH problems rather than the o-rings as you describe the symptoms. If the o-rings are going bad there's a sure sign. If your engine starts "making" oil then bad o-rings can be the culprit. Though, not the only reason for the engine oil level to rise.
Have you read patricy's thread on his fuel system troubles? Its pretty thorough. Haven't quite figured out how to link threads.
If you need HH o-rings p.m. me.
Where are you finding DOT5 for $30 a gallon!? My local NAPA sells it for $35 a quart! They are the only place I can find it locally in any sort of bulk quantities.
Personally, and this is just my 2 cents, if your pretty much replacing the MC and all 6 wheel cylinders then I would use DOT 3 or DOT 4 brake fluid. No one has ever proven to me why I should use DOT 5 except in circumstances where DOT 5 is already present since mixing silicone and regular brake...
Good question honestly. I have my truck registered with 10,000 pound plates. Same plates I put on my 1 tons. So if you can personalize a 1 ton you can personalize a deuce.
Ditto. Though, a dealer ,I won't specify, sold a buddy of mine a "new" 14.00-20 xzl and it had a gouge in the bead. To be fair it looked new other than this defect. The tire is holding air for now at least.
