Well I thought I rerconnected the correctly; so I shall reverse them and see if the "new" gaugw works then. I am not sure of this type connector iether, but as I have pulled them apart and put them back together again, I can better recognize if I am making a good connection...To be continued...
Thank You Woodslitter, and does it matter that the wires be re connected to the same teremimals? If I switch them by mistake will this reverse the guage? Peter Mark
I just reviewed the beginnings of TM-9-2520-246-34, and I am not ready for this level of work while the tranny is still installed. Maybe in the future on a well lit table top with no time restraints...
me too, but I have seen these YOU-TUBE videos with trucks driving on dirt roads. I hope to do some of that too. Do you go to car shows with your truck?
WOW! I see I shall have to print out the tranny blue prints and read how to do this, and I hope I can. Thanks for the info. Is the correct TM on the forum selection? Pete
Thank You, I probably will install the replacement tranny I have, and then rebuild the one at a later date. I have loaded all my trade and automotive tools onto the deuce ( i figure 8000 pounds or better )and im driving down to Ft. Lauderdale to live. Hope i make it . Pete
