Your just asking for trouble or to die if your not running a CO meter AND a heater. Sounds stupid, and I know the military doesnt do it, but is the cost savings of $20 to buy a meter really worth killing everyone over?

Make sure it comes with the special shouldered bolts that attach the winch itself to the frame extensions on both sides. They are big $$$ if you need to buy them seperately. I think there are 6 or 8 of them total. All the bolts that bolt the extensions to the frame are nice too, but easily...

Replace the relay valve, it is probably bad. Most of them are.

With the defense budget reductions, the HMMWV will be with us for many more years. All these designs were made up durring the war, when $$ was flowing like water.. Not so anymore.

All the HMMWV dataplates I have installed came with sticky back adhesive on them from the factory.
