From what i've read as long as the GL invoice is marked PAID your good to go, bring a copy of it with you. I have also read that you need a copy of your insurance if you are driving on base. Hopefully some SS members with more experience will chime in, this is also my first. call the site...
I won my first GL auction on 12/4, submitted EUC on 12/4, I had to resubmit on 12/8 due to a few typo's and received my PAID invoice today 12/16. Thats 0nly 12 days and only 8 actual working days.

i've never seen one up close and in person, but the pic in post five looks like you can make it buy cutting a wedge out of a piece of angle iron, bend it to proper angle, weld the seam in place and drill it and install it.
Don,t forget to check with your local outdoor power equipment dealers. They also have quantities of umo and it is probably already diluted with 10%-20% or more of gas
