    IMO its much easier to pull the front hubs, and rear axle shafts. Take some duct tape and plastic bags with you. You can use the Front hubs, as caps for 2 of the rear axles....

    Yes. I think the systems are set up so the propane injects at a certain throttle position. your glow plugs should never be on at that point...

    Jeff, saturn has all you need right here Link dead. New Carb, fuel pump, strainer bowl.... the price of the new stuff makes it hard to mess with the old!

    Removing the oil pan wont help. You could try using a small magnet on a string, or one on a telescoping/pivoting arm to reach it. Which one was it?

    I have run wires to the existing lights on the towed deuce... dont forget a ground! bullet nosed crimp connectors will connec to packard connectors, just not waterproof (and you may have to squeeze them a little)

    Tom, check out www.dieselplace.com they will have all the info you would ever need on the 6.2 engine. Lloyd, Propane is commonly injected on diesels now, to add power, help with fuel mileage, etc.

    Yes! You sure can. Get some nice long 6" or so, 3/8-16 bolts, to thread into the bell housing, allowing you to maintain alignment. you should only need 2 of them. remove all the bell housing bolts, unbolt the torque converter, thread 2 long bolts into the bell housing. Unbolt crossmember...
