Finding a Hemmtt front end would be crazy, but on a certain yet very common to us auction site there were quite a few 900 series front axles with air etc that might be a better match, don't know what the ratio's are but air non the less.

I would think it would look good if you moved the rear axle forward to split the difference of the stock location on the tandems. You would almost have to put 14-20's on there to make it look like it wasn't an accident. :)

I registered my 5 ton in wa with my us97 form as a collector and they asked me what I wanted to register it as for weight and for title, they did not seem to care how accurate I was.

if you are putting them 5 ton on a freighliner make sure you check for brake clearance, I don't have any experience wit it myself buy on standard trucks brake clearance dictates what size :-Dwheels you have to run at a minimum.

can you use the outriggers on crane with a deuce in that configuration? Is there a clearance issue if you get the crane mount any closer to the cab? What did you do for the hydraulic motor, pump etc as far as having enough volume to power the crane? It looks like your flat bed is the bed from...

I know the donaldson flows 1300 cfm which is more than the deuce needs so it should have very little if any effect on egt's.
