As NDT suggested, have someone with a brake press make them for you.
Use 1/4" plate, bent to 7.35" x 2.56" (measured outside).
(You can see all these dimensions, posted here...)

Just be extremely careful while driving your "Beast" down the road: 1) Surplussed 14.5R20 XL's have earned a bad reputation, already... not because of being bad tires, but from where they came from- and how they were used. (M35A3 with CTIS...)
2) That combination - MPT-type tires mounted on std...
I'd say mostly everything - including crank; heads; IP; turbos and all other accessories attached - will fit on any model MF - and could be swapped around.
It may not work optimal, but the motor will run, at least.
See this thread, posts #22 and 26.
The other alternative is what Gimpy mentioned: yes, a small air cylinder works very well! Simply connect both shafts via a small Ø3/8" pushrod and two pieces of HP-hydraulic hoses clamped to the ends.

Yup, that's the idea!
Although the hole in that bracket seems to be a bit too far up... Could it be not for NEUTRAL but actually H-range? ... And some genius came up with this to hold the T-case in gear??
That sounds a bit suspicious to me... Have you actually driven this truck, with...
Congrats; great score!

If this isn't what I think it is... it gave me a good idea at least, how to secure an M35 against (accidental)drive-away.

M105 axle = 79" between hub mounting flanges.
Add roughly 12 inches for the outer wheel/tire + almost 1/2" for the (thickness of) inner wheel center, that's 12.5" to each side. Makes a total WOA of almost 104", with 9.00-20's.
I guess that would be street-legal in Hawaii, only.
