The better the deals yes, but alot of stuff that would be been brought down stays at home. The stuff brought down shifts to "can get wet and not matter".
We need better pics to give a better opinion. All the added stuff can come off (stake pockets, fenders) The dump mechanisims look complete. Whats the tailgate look like? I'd love to see some pics of the pins that hold the landing leg on. Is the data plate still present?

Also, there are no MIL HMMWV's with the 17 digit VINs like civy vehicles have, no matter what the year. Serial #'s yes, but they arent 17 digit VINs.
Pribbs manufacturing made the "last round" of M105A2 beds. http://www.pribbs.com/ (on a seperate note, they made the M105A3's too) An easy way to ID a Pribbs as noted above is look for the extra supports. One could ASSUME that VSE got the beds from Pribbs, but who knows..
