The B phase is 16 volts under the A phase. And down to 201 volts which is too low for a 208 circuit. Is your entire 20 kW load hanging on the B phase?

If your dash gauge is pegged in the red witb those at battery readings, it’s shot.

With the truck running put your voltmeter on each battery one at a time and you should read 13.8 volts more or less.
