Why 3? I use 2, one on the back 2 batteries and one on the front two. Using 12 volt maintainers. Has been working great for 5 years now. The 24 volt maintainers are more expensive than 2ea 12 volt ones.
The J2 connector would appear to be for the 110 volt shore power cable. Finding that connector might be tricky, I would be tempted to replace it with a more common twistlock connector.
Unbolted torque converter directly from USMC means they got started pulling the trans due to it being shot and then someone figured out it was eligible to go to excess so away it went.

Did you have them delete the hard top? If not you will need the GMV C pillar from HMMWVSUPPLY.com. Yours is a dead ringer for mine. Unfortunately the Bajas will need to be replaced, they show cracks in the tread.
Not saying that. I am saying that they get weak after time and susceptible to failing, which is exasperated by increased voltage when 1 or more are burned out.
