The rad responds very favourably to regular soldering (I accidentally cut into it when cutting the fan shroud...) so in a pinch no rad shop needed!

There are basically two and 1/2 options. You can run a simple forward facing PTO that is used for the PTO winch and make it work for a pump. It needs fabricating but they are plentiful. The second option is a transfer case PTO as used by the water and fuel trucks and auger trucks, I think. This...

- read the instructions on how to do the job, so you know what to expect

He never really diagnosed it but changed the front oil seal. I suggest you try and see where it is coming from. That gives you a better idea of what needs to be done.
The oil pan is attached with 30 cap screws and lock washers. Check that they are tight.
The top of your engine around the cylinder heads appears dry and clean on the pictures. Any oil therefore comes from further down. I would spray everything that appears oily with brake cleaner and wash it...
Do yourself a favour and make the temporary fix your permanent fix. Remove the complete flame heater setup and plug the connections. Unless you regularly fire her up in well below freezing you don't need it and if you do need regular cold start help, spring for a KAT 24V ether dispenser that...
One locker will already eliminate the biggest weakness of the open diff 6x6 drive train - no propulsion power when slipping on all three wheels on one side. So, that one locker already makes a difference in a situation where you are sideways in a soft spot or on ice on one side.
