any clearance issues? How did you do the oil line/return? Are you gonna do an intercooler in front of the radiator? looking good so far

If you have a way to heat it up and let it sit while its hot/warm, that will speed up the separation process. I was in the Navy and we used a steam coil in our waste oil tank to heat it up to about 160 degrees and let it sit for a week or so then drain the bottom junk.

Depends on price, location(how far each is from home), parts availability on the 936. I've heard that the bed on the 936 is way better than the bed on the 816. Me personally, I would go for the 936 just cause I have a 816 already.

Sure they did, the M39 series of trucks were all originally gassers. That would have been a M51, its now a M51A2

I have both but the M54A2 is not running now. I am going with the 5 ton over the M35A2 for the following reasons: power steering, hauls and tows more, longer bed ( for my rockcrawler to fit in), I can fit bigger tires on it and go faster if I need to. Everybody has a deuce, not everyone has...

Have a big rig tow company get it off base, weld a large tow bar to it and tow it home with a deuce/ 5 ton. :-D
