Bruce.. I have the same fan. They are both controled by the convertor box on my truck. I am refering to the heater exhaust stack out the front.. :D

This is the one I have This one is supposably from a CUCV ambulance? Exhaust comes out the bottom so I would have to cut another hole in the van to make it work? The numbers on it are M46792/2-1 Multifuel No BTU's labeled..
