My Dad passed away 9 years, 9 months and 16 days ago and I still miss him. He would have been 86 this year and he to was a Korean combat veteran. So sorry for your loss and although I can't say it gets better you do find a way to live with it.

Simulation Put a couple of boards down onto a small platform about three feet high or so. Drive the cart up and let it break over the edge and if it will clear you have the right angle, if not then use longer/shorter boards. Yes, I do things the simple (and usually harder) way.

You're right James, I have a set of ramps for the ATV and my pickup and it is Mr Toad's Wild Ride every time I load/unload.

Make the ramps short and use a ditch or a dirt embankment to load/unload. Although not always possible it is easier than trying to make a set of ramps to support a load and still be man portable. Or end up like last year's Haspin when someone tried to unload an ATV out of the back of an M813...

Stig, The rally has a plethora of very sharp MV enthusiasts and you can always stop by the command tent and we can out some. :-)

It still stands, they do not have to explain why. There is a chance (a good one) that they don't know at the city, township or even state level. The law is the law as written and enforceable. Now if you want to disagree with a law as written you are more than welcome to work to change it...

We still need volunteers for a few things and the biggest being trail ride leaders. PM clinto or swbradley1 if you want the job and there are several openings.

Jimma, I have extra bandages of the personal booboo type I can bring. I got a box with over 200 in it and I only put about 30 or so of various sizes in my med bag that I'll have at the command tent.

The wood sides look great unpainted. Another member has one like that.

I have been informed by Lauren that there will be wireless and working. But plan on nothing.

I'm sure Gimpy also told you he has the sides and gates in fiberglass here at the BeefCo storage facility. Good looking trailer, makes mine look like a junker.
