    M915-a3 help

Welcome and although a fuse can look good it can still be bad. Swing by a Wally World or any auto parts place or Radio Shack and get a cheap meter. That will greatly aid your troubleshooting.

GL has raised Buyer's Premium to 12.5!

They have to make up the loss of rolling stock to IP somehow.

    Fried Alternator?

So are you saying you have a higher capacity alternator available somewhere?

    Fried Alternator?

I even shut down my 813 in sequence. That way I get into a 939 and I'm ready.

M1009, Marietta area, Voltmeter needle going to red on right side of meter.

Swing by the Harbor Freight store closest to you (I see two) in your area and just by the cheapest meter they have or it may be in a sale flyer for free. Throw it in the truck to have with you all the time.

    M939 ABS Module Pics

My replacement alternator would not self-excite at idle so no, just starting the truck up would not charge. I have put several single wire units on MVs and a backhoe and you have to bump the RPMs up after starting to get the alternator to start working. Mine is a $109 unit from the place I...

How to roll out after auction

I have had Deuces (A2s and A3s), M809s and M939s either towed or driven to our farm over the years. I usually go through them checking out the truck. The last one was a very nice M939 and I checked it over and it was fine. Owner picked it up and got 40 miles before the alternator pulley broke...

That was the one I was going to suggest unless of course you have the equipment to make one yourself.

1958 Hobart self propelled 400 amp DC stick welder

Now THAT'S a welder. If it were at a rally it would be counted as a military vehicle as it was used in the Army. Just like flight line vehicles used by the Air Force.

Found a chunk of metal after oil change on my M923A1

If it is a main or rod bearing can't they be replaced in-frame? (No, I don't know which is kind of why I'm asking.)
