PB brings me that 43 and he may not get it back looking the same - I will just look at what size the stuff is and go get it & start fixing his up.
My effort on this is what it is - had nothing to do with our deal on this 43.
You can pretty much tell how far this one is - just needs some of...
It may or not have been with the truck down there ?? Everything that was in it is in the pictures above I laid out minus the crank I did not set out there.
I will try to find screws locally at ACE - the fuel fill pipe from the out side to the tank is not here. The mount bolts for almost...
The powder coated rim will get painted - the remainder of the rims will get sandblasted/primered/painted when done.
These are directional Power King tires - when it snows in GA - these have the mount points for studs rofl. These are some great looking rubber.
Our 4 grandsons did not like all the hours of free time I put into the 109 every weekend - every night for about a full year - NON STOP - something was getting done on the trucks.
When we went camping in it the first time - they were speechless on how much attention every kid in the campgound...
Just had to do it - missing the tank strap bolts to connect the straps - missing the fuel pick up screws Otherwise this baby would be installed. Also missing the angled piping to the fuel fill area as well off the tank - gotta go hunting for parts.
Taking the brake shoes to get relined...
Here is the fuel tank - the inside was very well done and professionally done. Veterans (cannot loose with that name) Radiator Service did the work here in Atl. I took the mirror to the inside and I see no flaws what-so-ever inside that would start to deteriate the lining.
These guys also did...
The fuel tank is back - cleaned and professionally lined - will try to get a pic of it tonight when I get home.
All 5 new NDT tires are in with new tubes and flaps - I will take a pic of these as well so you can drool over them - means I have to get the other 2 off and fire up the ole sand...

I figured I might have to toss the front wheels back on if this sloooooow poke does not get the front brakes done by "injection" time - can always roll er forward a tad bit - I know I am not allowed to run powered objects - so hitting anything is not a possibility - but then again I fall...
I lucked out the other side of the 25% - refilled my tanks as they needed it anyhow - pinpoint heated the screws - ground down a non tapered screwdriver to fit tight - they backed right out.
Thank you Capt for the suggestion as well - it is appreciated.
I will need to order new cylinders/shoes...
Beating something senceless like a bench does not help - fisrt thing ya know you smacked some little part and that richochets and hits something else - and that part falls and knocks a nick out of your paint job - or whatever.
At least I seen that happen on TV (auaaua)
Proabably would do...
Dropped Dingers engine at the shop today - took a couple pics of Debs. Rods all trued up to the crank - he has to hot bath the remainder and I have to get him some OD heat resistant paint - so as soon as it comes out of the bath and air dries - he can shoot the parts.
No big deal on time - I...
cleaned up the disgusting garage and got Dingers fuel tank installed today - been a long time working on Jeeps. Head to the engine shop tomorrow to drop off his and get pictures of Debs so you know I did not sell it to get parts for the 43
rofl
Its a special edition box - I think its the 65th yr series - now thinking back it was a waste of $$$$$$ - I remember when Craftsmen had mobile tool trucks and I really liked their Mechanics Box that was close to this style. That was yrs ago.
Got the almost final stencil work done. Go tthe...
Kinda what I thought you had in mind the last time on communications - that is why I dug everything out minus the crank and flywheel - no clutch in the parts either. But these are all the parts that were in the back or under the drivers seat so you can get an eyeball on whatever.
Seeing as you...
There would be a lot of folks wanting to take a needle for what I have to hand out to them if I were placed there - enough of that I guess.
PB - here are the parts I have if you want to let Troy check them out - no engine mount bolts that I can see plus I see no cables - who knows - I have no...
The status is the same where I left off - I have had to be out of town all week on a nasty project and getting home late and then sitting down trying to get that crappy AT&T situation resolved - pretty much ends up if I want to pay $125 for them to fix the router that they originally put out of...
