If your spraying with an automotive spray gun, thin with water by 10%, if rolling or brushing it can be used unreduced.

The tail light wiring is easy to check, the wires are numbered. Try the brake light switch wire jump first. I think the switch is located on one of the airpacks

Not sure, but check and make sure their wired correctly at the back of the light.

Most likely the brake switch. Take the two wires off the switch and jump them together, see if your brake lights come on then.

I think "G.O." is a typo. Maybe Gl1 was intended.

The axle breather style cap doesn't let air back in, it's one way.

Also, there's a crankcase vent manifold and hose that sits atop of the valve covers, sometimes there can be oil seepage from there which will end up on the sides of your engine. And don't worry, the wanting everything clean and perfect will ware off after a while!
