Looks good! I didn't realize you used a different axle under the trailer, did I miss that? What is that axle out of? are the springs and hangers original?

The fuse could have been blown for a long time, these trucks will run indefinitely without the in tank pump working, untill it looses prime.

The in tank fuel pump fuse is located under the square cap on top of the pump.

Make sure the in tank pump is pumping.

I have not seen that done, seems like that would put the bed up really high.

You are wanting to mount the M105 frame piece on top of the deuce frame and the M105 bed on top of the M105 frame?

Your doing a good job on this! That looks like the same 6 ton axle that's under the m146 trailer. If you decide to rebuild the brakes I have some wheel cylinder rebuild kits available.
