There is a fellow over on FB LMTV about to drop in his 3.07's who was asking about methods and measurements techniques. If he is going this route, he would be a good candidate to tinker with it. Let me ask if he's a member here.

Oh they have. I vaguely recall it discussed before I got mine, but I don't have it bookmarked. I've got the cruise control info, but nothing on the speedo.

Someone (it most likely was on the FB LMTV page) was going to use an electric for the relocated tire lift on a camper build. They were asking about a motor they had selected, and it was the same one that Seth had used to replace his air-over-pneumatic cab pump and Seth highly recommended it...

Texas is full. Unless you can convince some of the lib-tards that moved here to move the f*** back. ;)

Didn't Seth from Adventure Driven do this about a year or two back? I seem to recall him posting about it when someone found a pump that worked. He said it was the one he had used. I don't recall if it was posted here or on the LMTV FB group...

I don't know how hard it is for find one of those but if you can't then maybe open it up and change it to a more common civilian connector?

Not sure what platform you have in mind but there is a fellow on here who made a CTIS controller using Arduino. It has a lot of cool functions like on-the-fly adjustments and user-established pressures for each setting. If you plan to use Arduino I think the ino file is public...

Sorry, but "$200 for a component known to fail" is *exactly* why I would look to another solution
