    Tank behind A3 bumper?

So now that we have agreed that behind the bumper is a bad place for it; where would you have put it? There is no room in the engine compartment, on top of the frame anywhere on the truck is going to reduce cab or cargo room. Saddle mounted like a fuel tank is the only good option and I don't...

    Tank behind A3 bumper?

Yeah the mixer I drive has one in it, it is slow as mud, but dependable and painted yellow and marked Cat;-) The company I drive for loves them in both dumps and mixers and frequently buy entire trucks just for the spare motor. They just swap them out if one goes bad, it is that fastest way to...

I wonder why they pulled all the m35a2s

I shot an email out to MVPA today to see if they know what was going on with them; the reply follows; [COLOR=#1f497d]

    Wd-40

I could be wrong, but as far as I know wd-40 is the same old formula it always has been. I checked their site and googled new formula and nothing come up other than their new dispensing systems. i.e. The pen and trigger pro can.

    Tank behind A3 bumper?

Sounds like somebody doesn't want the competition on the a3s;-) Don't worry, most of us have no interest in a truck with an automatic transmission and a Cat diesel. Though big truck companies do because they are a cheap replacement engine. Buy the truck, yank the drive train and scrap the rest...

I wonder why they pulled all the m35a2s

Yeah, but the prices they bring on there is baffling. You can buy one on ebay in running condition for what they bring on GSA. One they have listed now is at 1500.00 and has "no brakes" written on the door, the description also says it has not been started since Sept of 07. It will be some work...

If you're still waitin on EUC

16 days? has your EUC status on their site been showing it sent to BC for longer than that? Maybe you can cancel after 60 days without penalty like they can. Which one is the truck that you don't care if it is canceled?

I wonder why they pulled all the m35a2s

Interesting that they marked it "does not require mutilation" That raise the question that if it was anywhere near being in an operational condition, would it?

    Items in the deuce...

I am just thinking it takes some people a lot of stuff to survive. If you loaded your deuce down so it would be ready 24/7 for anything; I think #1 you would have a lot of stuff out and easily assessable to theft and #2 you will have a very heavily loaded down deuce. Water and fuel do not keep...

I wonder why they pulled all the m35a2s

One element you forgot Chuck is that the multifuel engine often means no fuel tax for Uncle.

If you're still waitin on EUC

Oh I am not saying that I will not raise hell if stuff disappears off of my trucks prior to the EUC clearing. I am just saying that I expect it to happen, because it does. People go out to pick up their trucks and think, "some of these are not sold yet and GL got my money, I am going to stretch...

Guess I won me a Deuce today

With the majority of the weight of these trucks setting on the front axle It would not surprise me that the engine did not turn over when pulled. Remember these are high compression ignition engines. If the pressure of turning the engine over is greater than the force on the rear wheels, the...

Are we talking about camping, or end of the world survival here?

    Items in the deuce...

On the tow straps I would go with 3/4 or 1 inch braided cable 30 or more feet long. I think the strippers would be a waste of perfectly good beer space. If you want to see something naked you can always trade a ride for a show:wink:

If you're still waitin on EUC

I don't think you can really ever expect it to be in the same condition as it was at preview time, or at the time the pictures were taken. The Frankfort trucks from this last batch have only been sold for less than two weeks and about half of them have had the headlights "barrowed" from them...

Guess I won me a Deuce today

Yeah that is no problem. What makes you think the other truck is seized? Could just be vapor locked.

If you're still waitin on EUC

Well it will be an issue for them if EUCs start taking 60 plus days and they start canceling sales because of the 60 day policy. I wonder how long this can go on before they change the policy? Though personally if they have my money for 60 days and I have not received the EUC I will want my...
