I'd like to see how that level-wind is attached? Its clearly a winch off a deuce but I dont think you can make a level-wind work with one. I'd like to know he gets it to do 60?
Edit: looked again. Not a deuce winch. My mistake. Does the rear tire look bigger or is it just the angle of the pic?

Are the rear tires on stock rims mounted dish out? Got a pic from the side? Looks good. I'm in the middle of bobbing one and debating wether to flip the hubs or not.
Im pretty sure there are some more members close to you. maybe one could pull a 3 lever switch out of their truck and see if it works in yours. That would be an easy trouble shooting start
That would be the "fleet angle", no more than 2 degrees off the center line of the pull. Covered in FM 20-22. But like Jake0147 said in the real world its hard to try to pull something like a stuck truck straight on all the time

Since you have checked everything on the front end I would move to the rear. Something could be causing your left rear to bind/slow or whatever causing the truck to pull left.
