I am currently overseas. I have a very good friend doing my timing change and some last minute PM's, but I need the TM info to send him. I had a non turbo deuce, added a turbo and need the TM that adjusted the timing. This frigging computer isn't letting me do it. Any help out there? I promised...

Do a search for aviation tools. Hi-locks can't be removed without destroying the fastners. They have a nut on them that breaks off when the correct torque is reached. There is a special removal tool to take them off. (they aren't rivets)
It's really easy to fix in GA. Buy a blank date plate, have it stamped with the chassis info/number. Get a new bill of sale from the seller (with correct VIN), have it inspected by a LEO, go register it. Simple.:beer:
