Now that makes sense. I never really looked at an A3 hood but assumed the spacer was to possibley to widen it in the front, the spacer is crosswise, lengthening the hood a little.
The locations will play alot into the price. If it's a location where there are many loads and return loads can be picked up it will be cheaper. Try U-ship. Gas prices will be the biggest issue.
Aren't A3 hoods wider than an A2 hood? I thought they placed a strip down the middle on the early ones to give the extra width? Never had an A3, thought i've read that somewhere.
Are you talking about alpha heaven? Why buy from a dealer? You will pay alot more than they can be bought for from an individual. I'd pm twright in NW GA. He currently has a M1009 and M1008 and owns a body shop and can paint as requested.2cents
