don't they have a kit that changes the sprag t-case to a manual shift positive locking front drive.
so they use the manual lever from the sprag case and instead of shifting sprags it shifts the front output on and off by moving replacement gears that they put in in place of the sprags?

we put an air over elctric valve on a semi for elec. brakes on a trailer. maybe they have a valve for hydro over air.
or maybe you could see if the air over hydro from a M105 would work backwards. plumb it in then you just need an air supply. and air isn't a big deal.

my friend has a t-case that won't go into low. it moves past neutral, but won't click in of get close enough to even make the gears grind. Do you know of any commmon solutions?

using double reduction you can reduce the size or your gears. below is a pic of rockwell 5 ton gears. you can see the size difference. imagine if they wern't double reduction gears.
having the the gear reduction box on top of the axle also helps...
the 46 inch tires have a 14 inch wide tread pattern. if I put them on the front stock rim they will rub on the drag link. so that means they have to be moved away from the frame. the only way to move the tire away from the frame is with a M135 rim or custom rims or dish out the stock rims...
