    blown air line

I lost the same line in my deuce one night. It is quite impressive how quickly you lose pressure (not to mention the noise). I ended up having to use a small piece of wood that blocked **most** of the air coming out, so I had some pressure....

I was Brave... but wouldnt recommend it

**freaked out by the thought of Gas in a diesel engine** I can't bring myself to do it. Growing up around diesel engines the cardinal rule was NO GAS! Even with my deuce, I can't bring myself to mix..... Must be my OCD.... (That's a medical term meaning I freak out if lines aren't exactly...

    CDL

Regs changed. (Federally anyway), you now get 14. 11 driving and 3 on duty (or any combination up to that point). That's a very simple way to put it. The actual CFR is much more obtusely written. (I worked driving commercially until today). As far as me having a Class "A" CDL (I do) and...

    Learned something today!

Any time I learn something about my deuce is a good day! Although the learning process is sometimes Darwinian, today wasn't so bad. Driving to work today, my clutch fell to the floor with a THUNK. "Ok", I thought, "no clutch. Red light". Being as I drive commercially, my first thought was to...

New Deuce Owner With Front Axle Drive Question

I usually grab a friend, head to soft sand or mud, rev it up in 2nd and pop the clutch. That isn't the correct method?

    Word to the wise.

When you are attaching springs of any type, it is MUCH safer to use vice-grips instead of channel locks or pliers.
