It looks like the snap ring on the axel is gone ,but remnants of the lockout remain.You may have to pry out on whats left of the lockout while taping the axel in , unless it welded itself to the axel . This may turn into chisel project to remove whats left of the lockout . other than the axel...

Is it the grill or the grill gaurd ? The grill itself your out of luck . The grill gaurd possibily could have the mount altered to make it work . Or you may be able to trade for one that works .

Reading the site rules is always a good place to start. And since the rules are being upgraded from time to time , it's a good idea to read them on at least a monthly basis , and before staring a thread about why can't I do this or that.
As the site grows the rules need to grow with it.
Why trash the remaining parts that are salvageable , just because there is a hole in the block dosen't mean there isn't a ton of parts. Running it till it dies would turn a $1000 worth of spare parts into scap because lack of oil .
