The drop side model has 4 pins holding hte troopseats/bows in. They are one on each corner. they rotate out to release from a retainer clip, then pull toward the center of the truck.

Maybe (hint hint) someone has one to loan out... and we can get some made??

Its a little more than 2 minutes... basically you need to make sure to keep the wires connected that the switch activates in the up position. (sounds to me like you have a shorted marker light wire.... check the bumpers)

Yeah, they make single phase, but not in the 'normal' sense. When you set the switch to 240 single phase, you have 240 volts to ground/neutral on ONE wire... If that makes sense...
